Brewery (Always Under Construction)
Pictures!
The double easymasher in the mash tun

The original stainless steel screen false bottom.
This was a disaster. Grain got around the outside
of the screen and clogged up the works.

The RIMS heater. We used a 6000W ultra-low
watt density from Grainger (p/n 2E768). It is run at 120V for a
1250W output and is controlled by a 1500W dimmer.
Note thermometers (wwg p/n 2A608) on both ends.

Closeup of heater before soldering.

The pump. March 3-MDX magnetic drive (wwg p/n 2P579).

Quick-connect fittings really make things easy.

The first mash!

A better view. Here you can see the heater.
The pump is located under the hot liquor tank.

The whole setup. Will get a better photo as soon as I can
.
